“When life leaves us blind, love keeps us kind.” – Linkin Park

Embarking on the counseling journey can be a profoundly uncomfortable and revealing process, often exposing parts of yourself that may feel broken or vulnerable. While encountering wounds and difficulties might seem inevitable, healing is always possible when we establish the right conditions: a space where you feel safe, seen, known, and loved.

I am dedicated to empowering families, couples, and individuals who are navigating challenges related to depression/anxiety, sex, sexuality, intimacy, and relationships. My work includes specialized Sex Therapy, where I support clients in addressing issues such as sexual dysfunction, desire discrepancies, intimacy barriers, sexual trauma, and more. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, struggling with intimacy in your relationship, or other challenges related to sex, I am here to guide you through these concerns with sensitivity and expertise.

My approach is grounded in fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and hope. By bringing understanding, compassion, and empathy to our work together, I aim to help you navigate the process of healing and transformation. In our sessions, you will find a supportive environment where your unique experiences are honored, and where we can work collaboratively toward achieving your personal and relational goals.

Throughout your journey, I am committed to helping you find clarity, renewal, and fulfillment, empowering you to create a more satisfying and connected life.

I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi College. Some of my ideas of fun and self-care include reading, weightlifting, and kayaking with my partner and cat.
